He also stayed late one evening to assist us with a potentially costly snag during the process, which he resolved speedily and smoothly. We would have no hesitation in working with Aaron again. Our solicitors were extremely disrespectful — rude emails without any respect and promptness was the best they gave us. Actually trolling, I would have had better communication and empathy from a kid on Roblox which is a disgrace for a law firm. I did try to communicate with them to the end, but I might as well have given up earlier as the process stressed me out so much that my mental health was affected. When I tried to call them out on their behaviour, they apologised that 'I felt aggreived' as if they were not at fault at all, and then attempted to charge a fee despite a failed service from their part, saying that this IS their normal standard of working. Absolute disgrace.
