We used Anderson Strathern for our sale and purchase in Edinburgh following a referral from a friend and they were amazing. Jemma Richardson and Aileen Millar were our solicitor and paralegal, respectively, and they couldn’t do enough for us. I've now benefited from the support and guidance of Anderson Strathern a few times over the past three years. In that time I've sold three properties and made two purchases through AS, one of which was a nightmare after purchase situation with a big house leak etc. I cannot recommend on the Estate Agency side, Graham White enough - such a pleasure to deal with, excellent knowledge and insight of the local area both for selling and making offers. And then both Jemma Richardson and Aileen Millar for all the conveyancing aspect are incredible. Their communication is on-point, and they helpfully explain and guide you through what is a really complex process using plain English, even at times kindly offering a call to talk things through or provide reassurance. Such a lovely, professional and knowledgeable team - who very much work in tandem which is brilliant, so even if one of them is on leave, the other is always there if needed.
