I don’t normally post reviews and I’m not usually impressed with many things but Chandni at QC blew me away. I had two properties to sell and one to purchase all of which were complex and had difficult buyers and solicitors. I have used QC for years and have always been very happy with their services but Chandni was exceptional. She was always professional, advising me when needed and ten steps ahead of everyone. Even my estate agent was extremely impressed with Chandni! In addition to this, Pat was always in the background overseeing the progress of all three cases and she was always available when I had any questions. Jay, who handled the conveyancing for the purchase of the flat, did a good job overall. She was proactive and responded to all our queries promptly. In my case, a meeting was not necessary at the outset. However, QC can consider having a brief meeting if issues are complex. It helps both parties to move forward comfortably, with background knowledge.
