Express Conveyancing

I asked for a quote based on the address of the property and was happy to proceed. Shortly after agreeing, I received a message stating that due to other buildings in my development being 4 storeys or higher, (my building was 2) my fee would increase by a further £1000-£1500 plus VAT -almost doubling the total fee. Be aware that the quote they give may change...

I used Express as a Panel Manager. In 2020 they assigned me to WYM Legal when I bought an apartment. Now in 2025 when I try to sell the apartment I discovered that some aspects of their work were shoddy. In 2025 WYM were shut down by the CLC for posing a risk to consumers. Now it will be hard to track down missing documents as I will have to track them down through CLC, which is slow. Don’t be cheap. Choose a solicitor who is recommended by someone you know who has worked with them before.

I couldn't hope for better experience with my solicitors. Rebecca was very helpful, answered on my questions with timely manners and dealt with everything professionally. She was a massive support with my house purchase. I would definitely recommend Express Conveyancing to everyone, who needs fairly priced hard working solicitors.

They've placed me with Lawcomm solicitors. They have not replied to my emails, only got them once on a call. They sent me close to 0 updates. I was pulling my hair out. Very poor communication. Rebecca tried but it's up to the solicitors they place you with and unfortunately Lawcomm were very bad. I was pulling my hair out in frustration. It's not express conveyancing, but the total opposite of it. Avoid!

We worked woth express conveyancing and AWH Legal when buying our first house, and are both happy with our experience. The price is extremely competitive and the service was very good. The websote was a handy tool to track your progress and when emailing the replies were very quick. When we spoke to Ruqia our solicitor she was very helpful and patient when we were panicking and being put under pressure from our estate agent. The whole process was very smooth.
