We recently used Smart Legal for sale and purchase conveyancing and I could not be happier with the service. Nethmi Konara and her colleagues made the process of buying and selling simple, even with the complication of an estate rent charge for both properties and a help to buy load to repay. Nethmi kept us updated with daily progress updates and comprehensively detailed emails, as well as occasional calls when needed.
