I would give 5 stars below This us how hnk have scammed me out of 33thousand I foolishly took out a no win no fee that's a scam against a third party it went so far I decided to end the claim as it was getting nowhere then without my permission they made a 3 day court case behind my back and threatened me with thousands and thousands if I do not attend I was assured by hnk I had a watertight case and I have legal aidthe case went against me hnk received all the legal aid which was a 5 figure sum I was chased by debt collectors my family had to pay 16 and half thousand as I had no money and I'm having to pay the rest on a payment plan this has left me with depression as before the case I suffered 3 years of throat cancer treatment I asked hnk to help to reduce court fees there response was sing of with us immediately or we will take you to court for costs which I have proof of in a. Email my advice to you is do not go anywhere near hnk or you will end up is serious debt like me hope I have helped you people out there to steer clear of hnk

They’ve recently been acquired by a corporate firm. Abusive towards clients and incompetent. Expect to be treated like a number.

Avoid HNK solicitors/Express Solicitors at all costs. Waste of time and space. I acutally turned down another law firm to go with HNK. What a mistake. HNK actually work and side with the police. I was arrested and the West midlands police had no evidence and found no evidence. Yet recently, my previous house mate pulled a knife on me and tried to attack me, all caught on CCTV and the west midlands police let him off. Whereas I was arrested on the basis of fabricated witness statements who never turned up to court. I would not recommend HNK/Express solicitors. Update; BEWARE.! Always fact check elsewhere. I have now been told what HNK have told me is all lies by another law firm. HNK should have said at the start they were not going to proceed with my case instead of dragging it on to get legal aid funding. HNK are liars and have been taken over by another set of two faced liars, express solicitors.

Becky and her team have been outstanding from start to finish. As a disabled person who experienced a wrongful arrest and injury, I needed a legal team that would truly support and understand me—and they did exactly that. Dealing with these guys currently and so far communication is great, receive regular updates and will update once case is complete

A complete waste of time been waiting for two years and still no outcome police running rings round them bad advice no action taken against the police no regular updates after keep chasing them up for updates I don’t recommend this firm against the police they are not competent you won’t win the police with these people

It took over full 4 years to bring my civil claim to court. Whilst I was waiting to be seen by a Cleveland court of justice, Cleveland Police brought what I would identify as the best Malicious prosecution I ever known personally reducing the chances for a successful civil claim, and topped with a Malicious exit from HNK means I would never recommend this firm based on my own personal experience.
