I spoke with Kathryn recently regarding a party wall dispute and I found her to be really friendly, professional and aproachable. She put me at ease, took time to listen to my concerns and provided advice on what steps to take. Following Kathryns advice we contacted the other party setting out the issues and our concerns which seemed to resolve the problem.
