Selecting and using a family solicitor is a difficult, costly, and can be an emotionally challenging process. I spoke to Stowe initially between Christmas ’25 and New Years at short notice. From the first conversation onwards, I was very comfortable with my decision to use Stowe and pursue a C100 application, to achieve a ‘Lives with Both’ order. I ended up working extensively with Beth Courtney-Walker (Senior Associate) and have nothing but praise and thanks to her. We laid out and agreed a strategy, the discussed what we expected to happen (and what that might cost) before our C100 submission in March. When I grew impatient or got riled up responses from the Respondent; Beth patiently allowed me to vent and coached me back to our considered plan. Ultimately, this helped me cope with the process better. And most importantly led directly to the outcome we set out to achieve from the outset. A child focussed ‘Lives with Both’ order, which protects my daughters Court Ordered minimum time together.
