I had no idea that people were able to claim medical negligence regarding (Dr )Michael Watt and it was a chance meeting with my husband that Niall told him to get me to contact him. Nial spent a lot of time explaining to me what would happen and how and the process worked. Niall kept me up to date via phone calls and emails and any answered questions I had. His expertise and knowledge is superb. I personally thank Niall and his team for all the hard work that it must have taken to reach a successful conclusion.
We just completed our first home purchase as first time buyers. Gemma was brilliant throughout the whole process and made us at ease by communicating often with ourselves and answering any questions promptly.
