I contacted this solicitors’ firm and provided them with all the information they requested regarding my matter. At the time, I was told they would review the details and get back to me. Unfortunately, that never happened, now three weeks after the fact Despite taking the time to gather my information and discuss the situation initially, they could not even be bothered to follow up with a response. I received no update, no advice, and no courtesy message to say they were unable or unwilling to proceed. Basic communication and professionalism are the minimum you would expect from a legal service. Ignoring a potential client after collecting their information is disappointing and reflects poorly on their level of service. Based on my experience, I would not recommend them if you are looking for a firm that values clear communication and respect for people’s time.
