Notary Public Southampton

This Notary Public practice operates in Southampton, Hampshire, and has over 25 years of experience as a Notary Public in England. The notary acts for clients from Southampton, Winchester, Portsmouth, Fareham, and all parts of Hampshire. Appointments are offered at offices in Southampton or by prior arrangement elsewhere, and also at an office in Winchester by prior arrangement. The notary provides services including certifying documents, witnessing signatures, administering oaths and declarations, and preparing documentation for international transactions.

People who need documents notarised, often for property sales and similar transactions, provide the bulk of the feedback for this Southampton practice. The work itself is repeatedly described as quick and efficient, with attestation and certification handled without delay and problems resolved promptly. Customers repeatedly mention the polite, friendly and helpful manner of the notary, and one named member of staff, Ian, appears in connection with an earlier visit that was regarded as good and courteous.

Charges are a recurring theme: reviewers consider the fees reasonable for the work carried out and describe the pricing as cost effective. Booking is portrayed as straightforward, and flexibility around early appointments is noted, allowing documents to be dealt with at the start of the day. The practice is characterised as professional in its handling of notarial work, and the general tone points to a reliable service for those requiring certification.

Alongside this, a recurring complaint concerns practical difficulties in finding the office or making contact, with the telephone number given described as wrong and the absence of a visible address causing frustration for more than one client. These administrative problems sit against otherwise positive impressions of the notarial work itself, particularly attestation for property transactions.
