4 or a 5! It wasn't easy scoring Simran / Parvinder /Mukesh on soliciting advice they provided on the sale of our house. I was tending to go in with a rating of 4 to allow for some scope to improve but then 5 seemed more reasonable given I couldn't find any faults! They came in as a recommendation from my accountant and from day 1 stuck to the task of liaising with the buyers solicitors, estate agent and I, keeping me in the loop all throughout the 5 months.
