Theodore and the team were exceptionally helpful, professional, and incredibly efficient throughout the entire process. Their communication was clear from start to finish, they handled everything with confidence and expertise, and ultimately secured a successful outcome for us against the insurer. What initially felt like a hopeless situation was resolved far better than we anticipated thanks to their hard work and persistence. RLK Solicitors have been proficient and reliable in respect of achieving a very welcomed outcome for businesses like mine that suffered due to pandemic and when I turned to Salon Gold I was just told NO you are not entitled to claim, even though I paid Business Interruption Insurance, at that time, for 37 years.
