Franklins Solicitors LLP

Really happy with the service from Sobhia Ayub while buying my house. She was really helpful, friendly and always kept me updated throughout the process. Really appreciate all her help and would definitely recommend her to anyone buying a house. Thank you

Katie was professional throughout our meetings answering all my questions and explaining what would be my best options for my will. Katie offered advice too. Katie kept me fully informed as to what stage my will was at and made the whole process simple and quick. I would highly recommend Franklins Solicitors

This is not my first time using Franklins Solicitors, and once again they have been incredibly professional, efficient and quick throughout the whole process. I really couldn’t have asked for a better service. I will definitely use Franklins Solicitors again in the future and would happily recommend them to anyone looking for professional and reliable legal support. A very special thank you to Lauren Smith’s team for all their hard work, professionalism and support throughout my property purchase. I really appreciate everything you have done for me. Best wishes, Alina Clewlow

Used Franklins to buy our first home. Best experience we could have ever asked for. Sobhia and Katie were amazing. Answered all our questions in a timely manner. Trust me, we had many many questions. They pushed for us to get what we wanted and made sure we were updated regularly and aware of every step, along with timeframes. Excellence at it's best. If I could rate 10 stars I would. Thank you so much again!

We had an excellent experience with Lauren and the team at Franklins. Our purchase wasn't straightforward, with a price discrepancy on the transfer deed, outstanding enquiries, an indemnity policy, and even a chain on completion day. Throughout the process, Lauren and her team handled every issue calmly, professionally, and with complete clarity. Communication was excellent from start to finish. We were kept informed at every stage, everything was explained clearly, and despite the complications, completion went through without a hitch. We couldn't have asked for a better service. Thank you, Lauren and the team, for making what could have been a very stressful process feel so well managed. We would recommend Lauren and Franklins without hesitation.

We used franklins to purchase a house. Cameron is an amazing solicitor. Kept us informed all the way and pushed back on the other side when he wanted answers. We really felt secure with him on our side. I can not recommend Cameron or Franklins high enough. Top marks from us.

We have recently used Franklins for a property purchase. I would like to say a massive thank you to Lucy Toomer, and the rest of Lee Holmes’ Team. The process has been incredibly stressful due to other external factors however, Lucy and the rest of the team have been extremely helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Communication was incredible throughout. They have been incredible with ensuring this was pushed over the line. Would recommend. Thanks again!
