I would not recommend this firm. We were referred to them for independent legal advice and made it clear that we wanted to move things forward quickly. Despite this, it took over a week for anyone to make contact. When they finally did, they sent links to their client portal that simply didn't work. After we reported the issue, we were told it had been fixed, but the links still didn't work. We contacted them again, only to be met with complete silence and no further response. This was only for independent legal advice—a relatively straightforward matter. If they can't manage basic communication and onboarding for something this simple, I dread to think what the experience would be like for anyone relying on them for a property sale or purchase. Poor communication, poor follow-through, and a complete lack of urgency. Avoid.
