Great support and very quick turnaround in correspondence. Sometimes the responses from the junior staff were a little insensitive during a very stressful process (selling a house always is). A potential delay to the completion was shared with me without much context or reassurance. I was made aware that the lender needed to investigate a deposit issue with the buyer but it wasn't clear to me what the knock on effect would be or if it was normal/typical. I was told they would get back to me. I found that very concerning and phoned straight away, only to be met with the same vagueness on the call. A junior member should really consider the impact of a simple email or call on their client's state of mind in the middle of a stressful process. In the end, the date was held but some better communication and tact would have avoided unnecessary panic. Otherwise it was excellent service and the due diligence was very good.

The team from start to finish of this process was dealt with the highest professionalism and efficiency, I added the complication of living abroad but they accommodated this and lent their expertise with the situation. I appreciated the attention that was made to selling the house and me personally.
