Band Hatton Button Solicitors

I would like to say a heartfelt thankyou to Jade and Hannah at BHB. They ensured that my property purchase went smoothly. Great communication and efficient service.

Kate McNamara was fantastic throughout my purchase. She was always approachable, knowledgeable, and respectful of my wishes, which made a big difference to my overall experience. Despite being recommended by the developer, I always felt she was working in my best interests. The chain was particularly challenging, but Kate handled everything with professionalism and did her best to take as much stress and pressure off me as possible. I always felt supported and well-informed at every stage. I would 100% recommend Kate and genuinely can’t thank her enough for all her hard work.

As a local estate agent, I work with a lot of professionals in the industry, and I can confidently say I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Charlotte Aguera, Rani Bola, and the Band Hatton Button team. Charlotte Aguera has been incredible throughout my personal property sale. Communication was consistent, clear, and proactive from start to finish. Even when things took a little longer than anticipated, she kept me fully informed and was always available to help, which made a real difference. Rani Bola and the wider Band Hatton Button team have been equally impressive — professional, reliable, and genuinely committed to delivering a high standard of service. It’s rare to find a team that combines expertise with such a strong client-focused approach. I’ll continue to refer clients their way with complete confidence. Highly recommended.

A very professional service with friendly approachable staff, answering all questions promptly & concluding matters quickly and efficiently.

Excellent service from start to finish. The whole process of buying/selling the property was handled professionally and efficiently. Communication was clear and quick, and everything was explained in a way that was easy to understand. I would definitely recommend this solicitor to anyone buying or selling a property.

Used Band Hatton Button for the purchase of my house. Priya, Sam & Tracey were dealing with me and they were amazing and responded quickly to everything. I could not recommend enough! Would definitely use again in the future.

My experience with Rani and Charlotte on my recent house sale was nothing but seamless. They always responded quickly, actioned steps at the earliest opportunity, and were instrumental in completing the sale to the preferred date and under 4 months. I would absolutely recommend the BHB residential team, and will always use them for future house sales/purchases.
