Mr O'Neill made me feel welcomed and assured me that i wasn't restricted to exactly 30 minutes and that i had time to explain my situation and ask his advice. Unfortunately as I seeking a small amount from the small claims court it was not feasible to accept the legal help but had i been seeking a larger amount I would definitely have felt secure and valued by Mr O'Neill and Simplicity Legal. I would recommend Simplicity to anyone as they work differently from the majority, especially the big dogs like Thompson,, who couldn't get off the phone faster, or others saying we'll talk, but we want 300 first.
