Family court Fleming & Reid Solicitors did not meet the level of professionalism and care I expected. There were problems with preparation, communication, and how important information was handled. Key points were not properly put forward or challenged, and correct information was not submitted when it should have been. Overall, the service felt disorganised and lacking attention to detail, and the advice given was not reliable. I represented myself and have reversed every bad decision they created and won my appeals Their incompetence added nearly two extra years to a case that was close to being resolved. Based on my experience, I would avoid and all family court matters to go elsewhere

I had my initial consultation with Michael Gallon who was very professional and very helpful in keeping me updated. My pleading diet was handled by Ciara Bradley who was very much the same but the star of the Show was Brian Cooney who managed to get me a very favourable outcome with one of the sheriff’s who is the hardest to deal with. I was convinced I was going to prison but Brian worked tirelessly to convince the sheriff to give me a community sentence.
