Recent case. The staff were polite, professional, and easy to communicate with, which is the only reason I am giving 2 stars instead of 1. My case was relatively straightforward: I had three previous UK visitor visa refusals and one refusal for an EU Family Permit application in the past. I decided to seek professional assistance, hoping that expert guidance would improve my chances. I was told that Sabz Solicitors had handled similar cases before and that their success rate was around 99%. However, after engaging their services, I found that the process was no different from submitting a standard visitor visa application myself. No additional strategy, legal arguments, or specialist work appeared to be involved beyond preparing and submitting the application and supporting documents. In my opinion, the application process itself is relatively straightforward and can be completed without legal representation. Looking back, I do not feel that the service provided justified the fees charged, as the role seemed largely limited to acting as an intermediary for a process that applicants can complete on their own. This is, of course, my personal experience and opinion.

These people are scammers, and they will scam you. As soon as you send them the upfront payment, you will never hear from them again. I submitted a bid to the resolution team on the 13th of March, in the time since we filed independently AND received a successful visa decision, and we have still not heard from the resolutions team about a refund. This organization works slower than the actual UKVI. Paid upfront 3k under the agreement of aid in filing fiancé entry and a future spousal visa (1500 each). But due to the mismanagement of our case, we decided to terminate our working relationship and file the fiancé ourselves. They have refused to refund us any of the retains despite holding money for two visas, neither of which we filed with them. Our case worker never communicated with us. We filled out our questionnaire; I sent her an email asking for clarification on a few pieces of evidence and did not receive a response for over two weeks. We tried calling our case worker and were told she was not available and would call back, never called back. My fiancé had to go to the office in person for our case worker to care about noticing us, to which point she replied to my email using the wrong name. Evidently in two weeks our case worker did not even look at any of our paperwork. That is the ONE time we EVER heard from our case worker in the entire duration of our case with this organization. I will add that when my fiancé went physically to the office, the workers there attempted to gaslight him into thinking it was our fault our case worker was allergic to working because we hadn’t sent the evidence documents over. Oh… you mean the evidence I emailed you seeking clarification on two weeks ago that you refused to answer, and dodged all our phone calls over? Absolutely disgusting treatment, they want to be paid to upload and nothing more.

Me and my partner dealt with Talal Talha for my sons British passport and it was done in the most easiest way and effectively everything was explained perfectly. A few weeks later my sons passport was delivered at our door. I am currently in the process of dealing with him with my partner, and he explains everything perfectly and makes sure you understand the process. I would strongly advise anyone to avoid this firm. I was recommended them by a friend, but my experience was extremely disappointing from start to finish. My solicitor, Ahmad, initially came across as professional, but in reality, he repeatedly promised to call me back and never did. Despite chasing the office multiple times, I was constantly told “don’t worry, he will call you” — but those calls never came. Communication was terrible throughout. I received random emails from Sarah Khan without any proper explanation or consistency, which only added to the confusion. When I couldn’t get any response, I had to visit the office in person. The staff there, including someone named Shazad (or Sheraz), were highly unprofessional. I felt I was being misled on several occasions, which is completely unacceptable when dealing with something as important as a legal matter. The whole experience was stressful, frustrating, and a complete waste of time. In the end, I had no confidence left in them and decided to withdraw my case. Even if their service was free, I would not use them again. I would not recommend this firm to anyone.
