Based on our circumstances he chose the team for us, Javier and Sam who were fantastic. We had constant phone and email contact with them to guide us through the process. We had an issue at the Argentinian office and I called the office stating it was an emergency and Javi stayed with on the line until it was sorted. He also stayed later office hours waiting for a response from us which was delayed due to the time difference. Sam was also in contact throughout and knowing that we were eagerly waiting the visa outcome he contacted us with the good news on a Sunday, putting our minds at rest.
