What can I say about our experience. I do not have enough words to express or even articulate how fantastic it was. Gemma Osgood was our solicitor. She took on our case after 2.5 years when our previous solicitor randomly closed the case. She was empathetic, supportive lead us to the point we followed her blindly and what an outcome 2 years later. No stones were left unturned everything was studied and explained to us and will answer us immediately even if we have what we believed “ridiculous” questions.
