McQuades Residential Conveyancing

Second time using McQuades to both buy and sell properties. The service throughout has been incredible from everyone in the business. Every phone call and email has been well received and promptly responded to. We were kept up to date with information from the chain throughout the process. Great service, thank you!

The team sorted out everything I needed. They were efficient, thorough and kept me informed at all stages. Top notch. Thank you all very much

I would give more stars if I could, Anne Marie and all her team, (Mandy and Amy) have been fantastic from start to finish, quick communication, quick to complete, my scenario was complex with a help to buy equity loan, transfer of equity, alongside documents in multiple names, nothing was to much trouble for the team. Price wise, they were the cheapest quote at least half the price of some of the more well known firms, very reasonable I would recommend 100% and I look forward to working with them again when I need to Thank you for your service

I received an excellent service from start to finish. The whole process was handled professionally, efficiently, and with great attention to detail. Communication was always clear and prompt, and I felt fully supported throughout. I really appreciated the guidance, responsiveness, and dedication shown at every stage. Everything was explained clearly, which made the experience much less stressful. I would highly recommend their services to anyone looking for reliable and professional support. Thank you again for all your help. Special thanks to Annemarie, Amy and Mandy.

Amy was amazing from start to finish, regular updates, chasing others regularly to get us answers, we couldn't ask for more! The communication is fantastic. I would recommend McQuades to anyone who needed surveyors, brilliant service!

Recommended through the Estate agents, and not a mistake. The team worked quickly and helped achieve a sale in just under 4 weeks. Even with me working remotely fantastic communication and would use again if the need arose. Thank you.

Fantastic service from Leanne at McQuades solicitors! Selling our parents home was not an easy prospect but Leanne was very understanding and supportive. She was efficient, professional and kind. We wouldn’t hesitate in recommending McQuades
