We’ve used GWL at Heswall a number of times in recent years. There were some delays at times, but otherwise helpful and clear advice given. We appreciate their support and expertise!

Really dissapointed as from the previous reviews i was hoping they would be better than most other conveyancers, unfortunately not. I rang up for a quote and they advised me to use their online enquiry form, i completed it and accepoted the quote on the 5th November. I hadn't heard anything so i chased up on the 12th and i got a reply next day asking for some further questions and sending a new quote as the remortgage is through a company, I accepted same day. I was advised on 22nd that the files were being opened and i provided their details to my mortgage provider, then nothing until 11th December when i get a one line email saying they're too busy to take it on. Which would be absolutely fine if they told me at the beggining but to send an email over a month later has put me back, just before christmas it's going to be even harder to find a new conveyancer so in theory it's costs me 2 months. Completely unprofessional.

An excellent service for conveyancing. Sarah from the Heswall office was so helpful with our buying and selling properties. She was very proactive in contacting us and keeping us informed at every stage. Any query we had was answered promptly. We would not hesitate to use GWL again and would recommend them wholeheartedly.
