My experience with William Ham was incredibly distressing. I paid him thousands of pounds, trusting that he would support me at a very vulnerable time when I was fighting to maintain a relationship with my children. Instead, I found that he had not properly reviewed my court bundle, despite assuring me he had. Important documents I provided were unfamiliar to him, which left me in a severely weakened position during the proceedings. Communication was extremely poor my calls and emails were repeatedly ignored, leaving me feeling abandoned and stressed while dealing with an already painful situation. It felt as though my case was not given the attention or care it required, despite the significant fees I paid. I eventually de-instructed him, and based on my experience, I would strongly caution anyone considering his services to think very carefully before instructing him.
