I’m confused on all these recent positive reviews because they aren’t that great. Yes, Staff are really friendly and helpful, however, I’m not there to have a nice chit chat and make friends, I’m there to get my son back which, they failed. Them getting supervised contact for you Is not a big deal, It’s basic and It’s what’s required. Lets brag when we have our children back at home with us! What’s the brag In “Oh yeah I get to see my child that was taken off of me for no reason at a contact centre 3 times a week” Get a grip!! I feel they are two faced, they don’t actually believe you, they are there to secure the bag 💰 till the day I die, I did not hurt my son and you guys failed not only me but also my son, now he’s going to be stuck In that nasty system with random strangers for the next 17 years. My son was safe with me, My son was loved with me. I don’t need to be payed to love him, I don’t need to be payed to care. I Just do. And that’s the real love of a mother.

Mrs Dawn Sweeney was my acting solicitor in my child arrangement order. I felt very comfortable & totally reassured throughout our court proceedings. Her proffessionalism & communication was excellent. Thankfully I was awarded my order. I highly recommend this company. From start to finish, I was valued every step of the way.

Disingenuous and poor customer service. Called them seeking advice, solicitor I spoke with was happy to listen to my circumstances and appeared happy to help, offering consultation. As soon as I mentioned I had been assessed for legal aid his tone completely changed - took my details and rushed me off the phone. Never heard back from them.

Natasha Satterthwaite has been an excellent solicitor. No other solicitor could have been better. She has been very supportive, helpful, understanding, and has given me excellent guidance. Sometimes this has been outside of Natasha’s working hours - she is very committed. I will always be grateful to Natasha.

WOULD ABSOLUTELY RECOMMEND. All staff and Brendan friendly and professional.Fair charges no over pricing. Not bombarded with legal talk. Got me through a very tough situation I couldn’t have done by myself. That knowledge and experience is worth paying for. Go for it you will be more then happy you did. I am ecstatic I could dance for a week!!!!

Words cannot describe the amount of support I recieved from Samantha Gallett. I made the best decision overnight and changed my solicitors to go with brendan Fleming. It was a quick and fast transition to start of with. Gemma was lovely and helpful before I got handed over to the lovely Samantha. She was professional and ALWAYS there to listen to me whether i emailed or picked up the phone to her.
