Digi Notary

Digi Notary is a technology platform that connects clients across the United Kingdom with fully vetted and regulated notaries. Every notary it works with is registered with the relevant Law Society or Faculty Office and holds a valid practising certificate. Digi Notary provides notarial services across the United Kingdom and beyond, offering remote notarial services with no in-person appointment required and same-day options. Its notarial services are compliant with UK, EU, and Hague Convention requirements, and its online notarisation is fully legally valid in the UK and internationally. The online notarisation process involves real-time ID verification and document verification.

Digi Notary provides notarised documents in digital, physical, or both formats and facilitates the apostille process. Services include notarisation of personal documents such as passports, wills, marriage and birth certificates, and medical directives; verification of educational documents such as academic diplomas, transcripts, and professional certifications; notarisation of travel documents including permissions to travel and consents by guardians; corporate services including board resolutions, corporate minutes, and shareholder agreements; apostille services for documents for international use in accordance with the Hague Convention; and consular legalization for authentication of documents for use in countries not party to the Hague Convention.

Digi Notary has built its reputation in Glasgow on notarial work that clients repeatedly describe as fast and efficient. Several customers highlight the speed with which documents are notarised, including one instance where a last-minute request was handled smoothly when other notaries had not responded. Communication is a recurring theme: reviewers mention prompt replies to questions before and during the process, with clear and reliable responses that left them feeling reassured. The professionalism of the team comes up often, and named staff such as Susan, Ola and Karl are singled out for their helpful and friendly manner.

Pricing is described as reasonable and fair, with one customer noting that the cost was far lower than expected compared with other notaries. The overall experience is characterised by a straightforward, well-organised service that clients find easy to use, combining efficiency with a personal touch. Reviewers repeatedly state they would use the service again, and the consistency of these accounts across multiple appointments suggests a reliable standard of notarial work for documents requiring certification, whether for personal or business purposes.
