We instructed Cunnington's Solicitors (Brighton branch) for our recent house purchase in Worthing, and their work was of the absolute highest standard throughout the entire process. They maintained great communication throughout with everything explained clearly with easy-to-follow instructions and straightforward guidance. We complete in a reasonable time, which was down to their hardwork, attention to detail, and legal and conveyancing knowledge. We cannot recommend Cunnington's highly enough.

The sale of my leasehold flat had been dogged by various unusual and difficult problems by the time I came across Cunningtons and it was Jason Bradshaw who, with consummate professionalism and commitment to service, solved them all, bringing the sale to a successful conclusion that left both seller and buyer happy. Email enquiries were invariably answered the following day and I cannot recommend Jason too highly. His office assistant was also extremely efficient, welcoming and kind throughout. Jason Bradshaw is a truly exceptional solicitor. Due to a set of unusual circumstances, I needed to complete the purchase of my flat in about 5 weeks as opposed to the normal 3 to 4 months. Jason worked competently and diligently to make this happen. He is extremely professional, experienced, and organized, all of which contributed to his ability to accomplish this Herculean feat. I would highly recommend Cunnington's to anyone who is looking to buy or sell a home.
