I was very pleased with the service provided by Liz Gibson and Elinor Goodhead at the Norwich Office, who both gave very helpful, clear and reassuring advice and who responded to my inquiries promptly throughout and progressed matters smoothly and efficiently and completed at the earliest possible opportunity.

Contacted them about an employment issue. Was given a 30 minute phone appointment to go over details to be passed on to the solicitor. Was then told they would respond shortly. Never heard another thing. Sent a follow up email, heard nothing. Was shocked that solicitors just choose to ghost people, very strange behaviour. Have since found another solicitor who has been fantastic and taken on the case.
