Swift lawyers were great! Im so pleased I had Aaisha to oversee my sale and purchase. Her attention to detail was superb and I was really impressed. We were provided with Swift lawyers through a 3rd party service. To begin with we had a bit of a nightmare with a case handler/fee earner. Slow updates, advised things were requested but weren’t (led to a potential 3 week delay). At that point I would have given them a 1 star. However, I need to say - credit where credit is due. Our new case handler/fee earner - Faiz - was fantastic, he was on it straight away, contactable by email and phone, gave clear precise updates, time scales and was really helpful. Once finished with him we were passed to the completion team and had Haider, who again - fantastic, great with updates and keeping us informed, actively chasing other parties. If we’d have had this from the start it would be a 5 star review.
