Sarah Hilton Notary Public

Notarisation of documents intended for use overseas forms the core of the work described here, with Sarah Hilton handling certifications, translations and onward dispatch. Speed is a recurring theme: appointments have been arranged within a day of documents being forwarded, and paperwork has reached the Foreign Office and then a destination in Spain inside a week. The initial consultation is widely described as informative, giving clear direction on the steps required, and this clarity extends to advice offered by telephone and in person. Urgent requests are accommodated at short notice, with notarisation completed the same day in some cases.

Fees are considered sensible, and on one occasion cheaper than a rival quote. Named thanks go to Sarah Hilton for guidance that customers found useful. Less favourable entries describe emails and calls that went without reply, papers sent on later than promised, and a brusque reception. Unanswered correspondence and an unacknowledged error appear in more than one account, and chasing agreed work without a response is mentioned repeatedly. The handling of follow-up contact is therefore where the service is most often found wanting, while the notarial work itself generally satisfies those who use it.
