Firstly a massive thank you to Alex Korko and Charlotte at Russell and Russell. your help, knowledge, professionalism and especially your support, for which we will be forever grateful. Russell and Russell were recommended to us by Hills estate agent, We were wary of using an estate agents recommendation, but it turned out top be the best decision we made. Alex represented us in selling our property and buying our new home The selling part went very well but there were issues with the property we were buying, the sellers were not the best to deal with and there were also some other difficulties that had to be navigated. We can honestly say that without the help and support from Alex and Charlotte this could have turned out to be a nightmare. We felt like they had all the time in the world to talk through the issues and give us options when we thought there were none. Considering the time and effort they put in (over a good few months) we thought what they charged was very, very good. Pros, great service, very professional, brilliant people, absolutely superb value for money, Nothing was too much trouble, including phone calls to talk us through the processes or just answer what at times may have been simple/stupid questions. Absolutely terrible solicitors ( especially Harry who looks about 15yrs old) Absolutely awful no clue atall about the case or the prosecution.... AVOID AT ALL COSTS THIS COMPANY WILL GET YOU CONVICTED weather you are not guilty or guilty. TERRIBLE SOLICITORS !!!!!

Worst place to use for criminal defence, my court case was for special reason hearing and this company failed to gather the evidence for n time.. also when I tried to contact the solicitor dealing with the case they would claim the person is holiday.. when the solicitor did call back this only left me with 10 days to gather the evidence… stay away at all costs !!!!

Russell and Russell were, without doubt, the most disappointing solicitors I have ever dealt with. I would strongly encourage anyone considering this firm to think carefully before proceeding. The entire process appeared poorly managed, with important tasks repeatedly left until the last minute, resulting in unnecessary stress and delays. There seemed to be little accountability when mistakes were made, and the level of customer service was extremely poor throughout.

If you want to sell your house quickly don't go here 171 days and counting thank you Farim Khan since the 11th of November you have been working on this. Update another week gone by now 178 days and counting!!!!!
