Philip Westcott Notary Public

Powers of attorney for use abroad feature among the matters handled by Philip Westcott Notary Public, with a Spanish property purchase cited by clients as an example of the cross-border work undertaken. The process itself is recalled as efficient, with every step explained in full before anything was signed and agreed timeframes kept to throughout. Urgency shapes several of the accounts, including one where documents had to be completed quickly and time was found in the working day to make that possible.

Clients describe the guidance as both helpful and informative, leaving them clear on what was required at each stage, and the personal involvement of Philip himself is singled out repeatedly rather than the service being passed between staff. Thoroughness in explaining the legal effect of the paperwork runs alongside a readiness to accommodate pressing deadlines, a combination that recurs across the feedback. The result is a body of comment that returns again and again to carefully prepared powers of attorney for overseas property transactions, delivered with patience and without unnecessary delay.
