Having read the other reviews on google I have to say that I’m not convinced that reviews are genuine anymore for any company. My experience with PDR was not great. Yes, we got the move done, but I have never experienced such poor communication or availability when trying to communicate by phone. As for emails, at first it wasn’t too bad, but when it really mattered I simply had no response from Robyn. When I stated that matters would be escalated I received a response from Michelle explaining that Robyn had been in hospital. I’m sorry, but this is simply not good enough as we also had dramatic problems so I didn’t appreciate being put on some sort of guilt trip! Quite simply when I first instructed the company and subsequently visited their office I was not impressed. This was followed by lost pages by Robyn regarding the power of attorney documents that I took to her in person to ensure that there would be no problems. The office was, in my opinion a poorly organised and unusual environment for a professional business, but I decided to stick with PDR due to its good reviews. Please don’t misunderstand me here. The buyer’s solicitors were even caught lying to their client, completely misleading them regarding our position on certain issues, but it seems that standards across the conveyancing process have dropped dramatically in recent times, so I recommend really doing your homework carefully to avoid the experience that we endured. To finish, there was a quote on the company’s web pages that stated that communication was their USP. Sorry again, but not my experience.
