NEB Brown Notary Public

Efficiency and clarity run through the accounts left by clients of this Oxford-based notary practice, with Nick named repeatedly as the person who explains the procedure from the outset. Customers describe being told what documents were required, how long the work would take and what it would cost before anything was signed, which several reviewers credit with removing uncertainty from a process they had not encountered before.

Overseas property paperwork, urgent authorisations and documents needed at short notice recur among the matters handled, and the response is consistently described as prompt, with one emergency request dealt with on the spot. Professionalism and courtesy are noted alongside patience, particularly where an elderly relative's instructions had to be understood carefully before the paperwork could proceed. Communication is a further theme: clients report being kept informed at each stage and receiving knowledgeable answers to their questions.

Reliability and transparent pricing come up often, as does the friendliness of the service, with several people saying they would return for future notarial and legal requirements and would pass the details to friends and colleagues. The result is a picture of a practice built on quick turnaround, careful explanation and a personal manner that puts clients at ease with unfamiliar formalities.
