We would definitely recommend Larrington & Co, and would not hesitate to use them again for any future house purchases. Our key contact was Mark Popple, and he was brilliant throughout the process, answering lots of questions with seemingly endless patience and a great knack for translating my rambles into coherent questions for the chain, bridging the legal gap brilliantly. He was quick to respond to queries raised across the chain, responsive via phone and email and clearly communicated back up plans in the event that he wasn’t available. Towards the end of the process, there were some issues with solicitors elsewhere in the chain and the clock was very much ticking. We are very grateful to Mark for going above and beyond to support the whole chain in order to give us the best chance of success.

I don’t usually leave reviews but Larrington and co deserve a 5 star review. Selling and buying is stressful in itself. However, they have made the process stress free for us. Alicia has been amazing, she is always there to answer any questions promptly. The app that tracks the process is great because it allows you to see what is complete and what is required. If you are thinking about going with Larrington and co , go for it. I highly recommend them!
