Rude, unproffesional, nearly ruined my case and lost my child, and never chsllanged a single thing that others did while i was being abused and even scolded me afterwards

Very rude service from an old lady on the phone who doesn't understand my English very well at all im a British citizen and she cant understand me she said take your call else where we cant help ypu but there website says differently so I will be sharing this phone call regarding her on social media.

They don't do legal aid and haven't for 2 years is what I was told in their reception today. Good job guys update your website!

I don’t normally do negative reviews, but I genuinely do not know how this company is still running - their service is AWFUL. If you are buying/ selling a property, please do not choose these solicitors!! They were on the other side of the buying process for us and made everything an absolute nightmare. They lost important documents, hardly ever replied, made everything sooo slow and was just so unhelpful. They made our process extremely stressful and unpleasant. Things only progressed when we put matters into our own hands and done their work (eg. Contacting third parties such as HMRC, management companies and landlords) they would lie and say they were awaiting responses, when as a matter of fact the third parties hadn’t heard from them regarding certain enquiries, not mention they lost the grant of probate! They are far from professional. They are unhelpful, unlawful and just frankly inexperienced - they need to find a new occupation so they stop messing with people’s lives. I would recommend anyone who is thinking about choosing these solicitors, to think again, otherwise you will walk away more stressed and anxious than you ever have been.

the worst solicitors i have ever had to deal with. everything takes for ever especially with andrew grace. emails are ignored, papers are lost. years taken and even then nothing sorted. look elsewhere if you want things done properly

From the reviews Dicksons still hasn't changed after all these years wish I went somewhere else now if anybody is thinking of using these I would advise them to AVOID do your research and look elsewhere.

Andrew Grace was fantastic to deal with and explained everything step by step.. would recommend if buying or selling a property.
