I had a very disappointing experience with this law firm. Initially, I dealt with one of the partners, who was professional, approachable, and genuinely seemed willing to help. However, my case was then assigned to another solicitor, who stopped responding to my emails and messages, apparently because they were too busy. This was back in March 2026. After months of hearing nothing, I contacted the office and asked to speak with the partner I had originally dealt with. She confirmed that she had seen the communication between myself and the solicitor handling my case, yet despite this, no action was taken. It is now August 2026, and I still have not received any meaningful update, communication, or assistance. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism, communication, and follow-through. Being left waiting for months without any response is simply unacceptable, especially when I was assured that my matter would be looked into. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend this firm.

We recently used this firm for the purchase of our first home and had a fantastic experience throughout. A huge thank you to Kate Clarke and Sarah Hoffman for all their hard work, support, and excellent communication. They made what could have been a stressful process feel straightforward and kept us informed every step of the way.
