Ware & Kay Solicitors Ltd.

Laura Schofield in the Wetherby Office has recently dealt with my mother's Estate and Probate application. She is professional, diligent, responsive to phone call and emails and is lovely to deal with. I would not hesitate to recommend Laura at Ware & Kay for Probate

I can highly recommend Ware & Kaye Solicitors. Especially Holly and her team including Simone and Gill who all helped me a lot in the buying and selling of my house recently. Thank you to them for their, kindness, support, friendliness and professionalism from start to finish. I have used them before and next plan to use them to make my will. Thank you, Sue 😊

An excellent service on 2 occasions to use this firm in property transactions Lucy Gilman ( and her PA Liz Deeble) were excellent They communicated very well and were very prompt and professional in their dealings with us. Would strongly recommend them and their firm Dr Maurice Pye

Ware & Kay recently dealt with the sale of my Mum's property. All along the way they were efficient, timely and accessible. Any issues were dealt with, with no difficulties. I will definitely employ Ware & Kay the next time I have any legal requirements.

Simone and the team were fantastic. The Communication was 1st class and Simone was very helpful throughout the whole process. I would definitely recommend Ware and Kay, 5 stars for me!

We sold our property last month and had the usual amazing service from Holly and Gill. We had a few things to negotiate along the way but with Holly and Gill’s expertise and knowledge we knew that we were in good hands! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend using Ware & Kay solicitors for a sale or purchase of a property, you won’t find a better service from anyone else! You always get a return call or reply email to any questions that you might have, usually the same day, which these days is unusual. We definitely wouldn’t use any other solicitors!

I can't recommend them enough, very professional but with a personal touch. They made the purchase of my house stress free with excellent communication, they were easy to contact and kept me updated each step of the way. Thank you for making it seem pain free and seamless.
