I cannot recommend Faye highly enough. From the outset, Faye was professional, knowledgeable and incredibly responsive. She guided me through the notarisation and apostille process for an important international legal document and made what could have been a very stressful experience feel straightforward and manageable. Communication was excellent throughout. Faye took the time to liaise directly with the Portuguese solicitor, carefully considered the legal requirements, answered my questions clearly, and kept me updated at every stage. Her attention to detail and proactive approach gave me complete confidence that everything was being handled correctly. What particularly impressed me was how efficiently everything was dealt with. Faye arranged the notarisation, apostille and courier service, keeping all parties informed and ensuring the document reached its destination as quickly as possible. Professional, approachable and genuinely helpful, Faye went above and beyond to assist me. I would not hesitate to recommend her services and will certainly use her again in the future if the need arises. Thank you, Faye.
