It took a long time to come back but that was partly due to having to have all three named executors come into branch to sign forms. However, the professional and friendly front of house lady Tracey made my annoyances go away by her understanding and being so relatable. Tracey may not be a solicitor but she is the face of the business and I would return for legal advice because of her. Thank you Tracey. I will be back.

We were hugely impressed with Simpson Solicitors, from booking an appointment under the Free Wills Month promotion, to first meeting and subsequent signing of our Wills. All the staff involved (Michelle, Tracy, Noah and Phoebe) were professional, knowledgeable and friendly at all times. Michelle dealt with the technical and legal aspects of updating our outdated Wills and ensured that we fully understood our options, and associated jargon, at all points throughout the process. Would highly recommend.

Straightforward service for updating a will. Appreciate that they work with National Free Wills Network, which made it free for me. Did have to call up for documents that were promised, but didn't arrive. Hence the four stars.
Michelle made the whole process of writing our (rather complicated) Wills very understandable, smooth and painless! She gave us excellent advice and explained everything clearly and patiently so much so that we have recommended her to several friends as well as asked her to advise our adult children on their Wills. Riley was also helpful and professional when he acted as a Witness at the signing. Thankyou to the whole team.
