I sent a message to Sally in the early hours of the morning when I was struggling to sleep due to a concern of mine regarding my father who is in intensive care. Sally replied shortly after advising me that she wasn't currently working, but went onto to very kindly give some excellent, reassuring advice.

So imagine being at a cruise terminal with a grandchild and not being allowed to board because the consent to travel, signed by mum, was not notarised. Then add it’s a bank holiday Saturday and the stress is palpable. With 2 hours to departure, Sally did everything, went above and beyond, to get that consent motorised.
