In a state of absolute despair I contacted OTS from my holiday abroad, I had been given 10 days to supply UKVi an audit due to the unsubstantiated claim we had underpaid staff, or failed to report. Failure to comply was revocation of my license to sponsor. Having called TWO other well known options beforehand and knowing that I actually knew more than they did I tried again to find the right service. Faaizah took my initial call on teams. She was kind, caring, calm and constructive- yet professional, knowledgeable and positive, everything you need in 'the moment' everything crashes. I knew she would be able to assist and represent my company' interests. She immediately sought extension - I was on holiday after all, which was granted. Then she guided my office manager through the necessary steps to collect and collate all the relevant information. Upon my return , I could see she read every item carefully, and was able to raise and counter potential issues. She was even happy to liaise with the accountant and challenge him over his pay roll mismanagement. Her representation letter was masterful, she did enough to break down the mitigation into component parts, making it easier for the busy case workers to understand. She handled the request for further information as an opportunity to explain and expand on the mitigation, building on her previous argument to strongly advocate our case. The end result was 'no further action at this time', with guidance. We are extremely pleased and very grateful to Faaizah for all her hard work. OTS successfully handled my wife’s initial spouse visa application, her visa renewal, indefinite leave to remain and citizenship applications. From the initial meeting with my solicitor and her Partner in 2019, we were reassured that if there were any obstacles to the application the Partner would then intervene, fortunately this was not necessary. Throughout the process, OTS explained the legal requirements in a clear and uncomplicated manner, provided detailed instructions including a comprehensive list of documents and unique evidence required to support the applications, and were transparent regarding costs and expectations. Those costs remained within the flat rate stated at the start of each application and were payable in instalments spread over the duration of the application as and when work was completed.
