OTS successfully handled my wife’s initial spouse visa application, her visa renewal, indefinite leave to remain and citizenship applications. From the initial meeting with my solicitor and her Partner in 2019, we were reassured that if there were any obstacles to the application the Partner would then intervene, fortunately this was not necessary. Throughout the process, OTS explained the legal requirements in a clear and uncomplicated manner, provided detailed instructions including a comprehensive list of documents and unique evidence required to support the applications, and were transparent regarding costs and expectations. Those costs remained within the flat rate stated at the start of each application and were payable in instalments spread over the duration of the application as and when work was completed.
