I used the family law group several times in supporting my case against an ex-partner. Five court hearings, and the ladies were profound and professional in supporting my emotional needs as well as legal representation. They understand and have a listening ear and went out of their way to make sure I got the protection I needed quickly. This was a serious safeguarding case, which led to a conviction. I would recommend the company, and I would use them again if I ever needed support in representation.

I had paid £180 for an hour conversation with Alexandra Johnson. Complete waste of money time. I could have got better answers on google and from what she said I believe is untrue due to pre outcomes and I am now going to seek advice from a real solicitor. It wasn’t even half an hour and then she said I could message her on WhatsApp about some advice on some papers. It was maybe 8 exchanged messages which then she started repeating stuff she already said and things I already knew and it was just absolutely stupid and a complete waste of time and money. I didn’t get any advice for what I needed and she put me down and started defended the abusive birth father. I wouldn’t waste my time or personal money when I know what she said wasn’t true from what I’ve already researched isn’t true for what she said. If you get legal aid go ahead for advice but if it’s out your pocket DON’T DO IT! I would have given 0 stars if I could but then the receptionist woulda deserved the 1 star, she was helpful. But that could of just been because I was paying out of my pocket.
