The buyer of our property appointed Nick Elliott at this firm. Nick made the entire house process unnecessarily complicated and elongated. The unprofessionalism and inability to complete enquiries in a timely manner were baffling. No-one covered the case when Nick was on annual leave. It seems that conveyancing at Norrie Waite & Slater is well known across Sheffield as notoriously difficult to deal with. House sales are a very stressful process for clients, Nick’s approach exacerbates this stress.
