It was lovely to meet Natalie on short notice and even nicer to meet her lovely pets as well. She was professional and very friendly and explained everything to me in a way i could understand. Would not hesitate to use again.
I rarely bother to leave reviews, but I was so impressed by how efficiently Natalie dealt with the Notarisation of some complicated overseas documents that I finally feel compelled to break that habit. She was also able to quickly deal with follow up questions - all done in a charming and friendly way. Finally, she actually responds to emails quickly!
Exceptional service from Natalie. I highly recommend her, she's friendly but professional at the same time, and has the loveliest cat for an assistant. My situation was not straight forward but Natalie's experience and knowledge made it very stress free and easy. Thank you :-)
I can’t recommend this service highly enough. I needed an apostilled document at very short notice, and Natalie was absolutely fantastic. She was extremely professional and responded quickly to all of my emails, sending the original documents out very promptly. When Royal Mail unfortunately lost the documents, Natalie went above and beyond to help me, even responding while she was off over Christmas. She handled everything quickly and efficiently and resolved the situation completely despite the stress involved. An outstanding service, especially at such short notice. Highly recommend!
An outstanding experience from start to finish.We needed urgent document notarisation. Natalie is incredibly professional, efficient and very knowledgeable. Natalie patiently explained the entire process, which put our mind at ease and went above and beyond to help meet a strict deadline. She handled everything seamlessly and had our documents ready faster than we expected. The communication was excellent throughout the whole process and exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend Natalie for any notary needs! The best notary in Cambridge by far!
Contacted Natalie through recommendation to help resolve a notary issue that we had been struggling with. She was extremely helpful, very professional and communication was excellent. Everything was dealt with efficiently and promptly, I cannot recommend her services highly enough.
I ended up not needing Natalie's services. But communication with her been excellent ! She's been very professional and friendly. Many other Notaries that I contacted didn't seem interested in my message. But Natalie quickly showed interest. Highly recommend her (despite the fact that I didn't need her services - family matter ended up resolving without a need of a Notary Public).
