I highly recommend Amy at Nash & Co. Solicitors for any Trust work. My parents each had Trusts set up by McClures which are no longer trading. Jones Whyte took over these and after an email conversation confirmed they would charge (not a small amount) just for them to assess how much work would be involved in doing anything with the Trusts. Whilst this would be offset if we did take things forward with them, they could give no other indication of costs until this review had been undertaken. This felt very unreasonable given they opted to take on the business when McClures disappeared. After undertaking some researched we came across a Facebook group and Nash & Co Solicitors were mentioned as a firm that could help. We were hesitant at first simply due to proximity, but Amy was a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.
