Mills & Reeve Solicitors - Cambridge

Concerned: since trying my best to sort everything out. Was expecting a kinder service from a leading law firm.

Completely unethical and known to lie currently have a complaint against them with SRA for systemic breaches of solicitor ethics including and not limited selectively editing evidence before handing them to the court. This is one of the worst Solicitors in the country.

I went to The Glasshouse, Innovate Cambridge's lovely space at Mills & Reeve. Such a lovely space for meetings and everyone is so welcoming 🙏

Extremely expensive, and ALOT of hidden charges which aren't mentioned in the beginning. Also seemed very uncaring and almost rude sometimes to clients paying thousands just for some information. Worst I've ever dealt with by far. Do NOT use their service

Aside from the views over the City, I had a very poor experience with their mediation teams. Very expensive, which you would expect, but the service just was not there to match the cost. Delayed responses and continuous chasing left a very bitter taste and I would've expected far better from such a "leading law firm".

Absolutely horrible experience, no response to any phone number and no call back. Email response in the form of automated email that said to call certain numbers, where nobody answers or get back to you! Absolutely appalling.
