MTB solicitors handled my personal injury claim after I was involved in a non-fault traffic collision in April 2025 when a van collided with the rear of my car during my morning commute. MTB handled every aspect of my case on my behalf with top class professionalism. I did not need to be involved in any discussions beyond outlining the circumstances of the incident and providing some photographic evidence of vehicle damage to MTB. They arranged a medical assessment for me and assimilated the results into the evidence base. The settlement offer from the at-fault party was higher than expected. They clearly advised me on all of my available options in response to the offer and explained how each would likely play out. The circumstances of the offer were unique and they strongly advised that I settled immediately as my best course of action. Given the alternative pathways that were explained I agreed settling was the correct decision and the case was settled in October 2025. I would highly recommend MTB and have done so since.
