Really happy with the service we received from our solicitor Nassar and Reem while sorting out my husband’s spouse visa extension. The whole process was stressful at times, but they made everything so much easier and were always there to answer our questions. They explained everything clearly, kept us updated and made sure all our documents were in order. We felt really supported throughout the whole process and are so grateful for their help. Would definitely recommend them two and m&k solicitors in general to anyone needing help with their visa or immigration.

Choosing M&K as your solicitors has been a complete waste of time and money I meet to Anisha regarding my visa process she is unprofessional women she donot know anything about the documents requirement she had already wasted four months of my time, and I feel that their primary concern is making money rather than genuinely helping their clients resolve their problems. For every short five-minute discussion, they expect £60 in cash. In begging I have told to her money doesn’t mater to me donot waste my time .I find this approach extremely unreasonable, particularly given the lack of progress on my case. They have also failed to provide clear information about the requirements from the outset. After four months of delays, I am now being told that I need to provide additional documents and information—things that should have been explained to me before the work began. Had I been informed of these requirements at the beginning, I could have prepared everything and avoided unnecessary delays. Their level of professionalism and customer service has also been disappointing. Appointments are frequently not attended to on time, and enquiries are not responded to promptly. Overall, I feel that my time and concerns have not been treated with the seriousness they deserve. I deeply regret not checking their reviews before choosing them. After looking into other customers’ experiences, I have found that many people appear to share similar concerns and have also been disappointed with their service. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to research their reviews carefully and consider alternative solicitors before choosing M&K. They just making fool to their clients and giving useless advice to their clients in first metting they will behave good to make you their clients after that they will show you their real image after taking the appointment fees they will not give you any solution and just say they have more clients and she said to me sorry I cannot do anything .My concern is this if you guyz donot have any knowledge why you are wasting another person time no one is free here to come again and again for your useless advices stop wasting another person time.Anisha is totally unprofessional women ..

My name is Rimbarashe Petros Zenda and I had the best experience ever engaging M and K Solicitors. Prior to engaging M and K Solicitors I had tried so many times to get a Visa but the Home Office would reject my applications. When I started dealing with M and K Solicitors they reassured me from the onset that they would definitely get me my Visa. I remember vividly Anisha Islam telling me that she would get me my Visa. After gathering all the paperwork needed to submit my application to the Home Office, I didn't have enough funds to pay M and K Solicitors but they were really very understanding and I finished paying the fees whilst they had already submitted my application to the Home Office. Most Solicitors would want all their money first before they can submit your application. Which was not so with M and K Solicitors. They are the best Solicitors in the country. My application was submitted in August 2024 and this year in January I got my Visa.
